Biotrying and trying to perfect my self-control. i hate my self the way i am and need some HELP. i was nice and thin (<100lbs), then "they" got me and i gave up the control i had. Then really put on the weight and now i hate myself! I hate myself. I HATE MYSELF. i gotta loose it before i loose it for real! i hate myself the way i am. i do all the things your mother worries you'll do. i have found some amazing forums/communities/families here and am very glad to have done so. i'm damaged, so sometimes (sometimes?, really, only 'sometimes'?) get a little spun out over things maybe i shouldn't. i have found most gals (i hate 'guys' for girls-oh well, i'll get over it-lol), i've found most gals here most understanding and the ones who don't start-out that way, well, they have ALL been willing to help me work through it! AMAZING! the kind, caring person who has rocked my world will forever have my thanks. i have found in her wisdom and strength i can only dream of and she has been willing to share this most wonderful gift. 's', i thank you, from the very depths of my soul... So now she's left and I have been diagnosed with borderline (oh joy!). At least it explains a lot, although finding another s/o is going to be hard and living alone REALLY sucks and my (free) therapist is just "phoning it in" and making it up as she goes along. But I've got some dbt notes and will try to do it on my own. Bad idea, I know, but it's all I've got, here in the hinterlands of North Carolina. Love to you all...
